Build your own Brooksfield

Brooksfield homes has designed and built over 600 homes across New Zealand. We have introduced our villa and cottage plans as an option for customers who want to build one of our homes on their own land in an area we may not service including Australia, United States and Europe.

All of our plans have specific historical precedents, meaning plans are designed exactly as the old villas and cottages were. nothing is guessed and if built as per plan you won’t be able to tell your home apart from a home that’s 100 years older.

If you are in the Canterbury region we can also consent and build your dream cottage or villa. if you are elsewhere in the world we suggest sending our full set of plans and DWG files to your local architect or draftsperson to turn them into full working drawings.

Please use our specific details such as skirting and architraves and your home will feel and look exactly like the older homes you love.
